Shipping Policy
The Book Cellar is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages once they leave our store. Once we accept your order, fulfill your order, ship your order and provide you with a tracking number, we do not control the time in which your package arrives. Should you have a lost or delayed package, you will need to contact your local post office and inquire using your tracking number. You will then need to place a claim with the postal service. The Book Cellar is not responsible for delays. The Book Cellar will not refund monies on delayed or lost packages.
The Book Cellar adheres to USPS shipping costs and policies for all 50 states, and each order will be shipped out in one shipment. Orders cannot be split into multiple shipments at this time without additional payment. Please email us directly at words@bookcellarinc.com if you have any questions, or are attempting to place an order from outside of the United States.
Please note that orders shipping outside of the United States will typically go to a partner facility before shipping internationally. If your tracking number says "Delivered" with an address listed in Illinois, it means that the USPS international partner is now in posession of the package. A new tracking number is available if you check your original tracking number on USPS.
