CT will be hosting a book signing and prix fixe dinner with the menu selected by Elizabeth from dishes in her book. We will be taking reservations for the evening beginning at 5:30pm with the last seating at 9:00pm. Guests will have the option to select meal, any number of signed books as well as option wine pairing for the menu. CT's full bar and wine list will be available for the evening as well.
Elizabeth Minchilli has written about food, style, and culture from her home in Italy for the past 25 years. Her website, Elizabeth Minchilli in Rome (elizabethminchilli.com), won a Saveur Blog Award for Best Culinary Coverage, an Italy Magazine Best Food Blog Award, and was named The Culture Trip Local Favorite.
