We offer a variety of fine ales from Belgian-style brewery Unibroue (based in Chambly, Quebec) and beloved brewpub Goose Island (located here in Chicago).
	Honkers Ale Golden sunset ale, 4.3% ABV Inspired by visits to English country pubs, Honker's Ale combines a spicy hop aroma with a rich malt middle to create a perfectly balanced ale. A smooth English Bitter for those looking for more from their beer.
	Blanche de Chambly (blahnsh·deh·shahm·blee) White ale, 5% Alcohol by volume (ABV) Blanche de Chambly has an alluring pale golden color, effervescent foam and a subtle bouquet of spice and citrus notes. It is mildly malty, slightly sweet and refreshingly thirst-quenching. Ephemere Apple (eff·eh·mehr) White ale with fruit and spices, 5.5% ABV Ephemere Apple has an alluring pale golden color, effervescent foam and a mouth-watering bouquet of Granny Smith apples and spices. It is slightly sweet, slightly tart and refreshingly thirst-quenching.
La Fin du Monde (la·faeh·doo·mohnd) Strong golden triple-style ale, 9% ABV La Fin du Monde has a brilliant golden color with vigorously effervescent foam. It is mildly yeasty with a complex palate of malt, fruit and spice notes followed by a smooth, dry finish Trois Pistoles (trawl·pee·stole) Strong dark ale, 9% ABV Trois Pistoles has a dark brown color topped with a rich foam mousse. Its slightly sweet taste is enhanced by accents of roasted malt, cocoa, ripe fruit and dark spices with a smooth finish like old port.
